FAQ
Questions homeowners ask us
How often should I have my dryer vent cleaned?
Most Phoenix households should clean the dryer vent once a year. If you do more than five loads a week, have pets, or have a long vent run to the roof, every 6 to 9 months is safer. Clogged vents are a leading cause of home fires.
How do I know if my air ducts need cleaning?
Common signs are visible dust on registers, dust resettling right after cleaning, musty smells when the AC runs, uneven airflow between rooms, or a recent remodel. Homes here also collect a lot of fine desert dust.
How long does a typical appointment take?
Dryer vent cleaning is usually 45 to 90 minutes. Air duct cleaning runs 2 to 4 hours depending on system size and register count. We confirm the estimated window when we schedule.
Are estimates really free?
Yes. Quotes for cleaning and handyman projects are free, with no obligation. For larger installation work we may schedule a short on-site visit to measure and confirm scope.
Do you charge extra for evenings or weekends?
We offer Saturday appointments at standard rates. After-hours requests are handled case by case and always quoted before we start.
Which areas do you serve?
Phoenix and the surrounding Valley, including Scottsdale, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Goodyear, Avondale, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, and Gilbert. Not sure if you're in range? Call us and ask.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry liability insurance and every technician is background-checked, uniformed, and works in shoe covers inside your home.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards, debit, cash, and check. Payment is collected after the work is complete and you've inspected it.
